Yes. I’m convinced that “moar data literacy!” is often used to distract from the terrible UX of most data products. The translation is “it’s not us, it’s them.” I think we need to meet people in the middle by making intuitive data products that improve data literacy with use. It’s great that companies also invest in data literacy training and things like that, but I know that these companies are also demanding products designed to help a wider spectrum of data users. That’s just one reason I’m excited to work with you!
